Evaluation
, and did you achieve them?

What were your original ideas and how did these develop throughout the project?

How well did you plan out your short film? Evaluate strengths and weaknesses

What were the strengths and weaknesses during filming?

Which editing skills did you develop and how could you improve in this area?

The aim of the charity was to raise awareness of a dire problems among veterans; that is PTSD.  Our aim was to show the effects that war has on a person who just came back from a war zone and is deeply affected by what he or she has witnessed and what he or she went through in the situation that they have found themselves in during war and we show this in our short video.

Aims
The aim of our project was to spread the knowledge of the suffering of veterans who come back from war having gone through the most horrific torture and experience that only they know the experience. The film has a moral purpose in that it focuses on this sensitive topic and allows others to witness was thousands of veterans go through and what thousands do not know is happening to them.

Original ideas
My original idea was to create a campaign to spread awareness on issues currently effecting our world; homelessness, child trafficking, fgm, some of the issues that affect our world hugely and need more awareness and information spread. The original idea was to encompass these issues, making them relevant to our daily lives. The purpose of this campaign was to bring light to these issues as to me, bringing light to these issues allowed the suffering of veterans to become one, allowing us to see that the issues currently around the world are a big part of our own lives and impact us hugely, also to see the issues as one would be like looking at earth; a round sphere that has all of us with in it, allowing the issues to connect with us.

Planning the film; preproduction
We first planned out how, what and where story are would be and created a narrative for our story.
The first activity we did was storyboards as part of our preproduction. We also filled out a call sheet which gave details on who would be directing the film, times the group would meet to film and also the location in which we would film.
The way we planned our script was to create the characters that would play the parts of the veteran [our main character in which the campaign was based on]and to secondary charcters such as the wife of the veteran and the dotor that threats the veteran.
In terms of our project, we first strategized which location our film would be based . we then planned the props that we would use in our film which we then decied would be  a uniform[for the vetran]hand cuffs for the scenes.

Strengths and weakness
How we analysed the strength and weakness of our film was also to have critical advise [to have critics comment and tell us their views on what they thought went well, could be im proved or could b improved ]from critics to help see what was enjoyable, could be improved or well about our film.
Looking at our film and the skills we used to make our film , we were able to see what were the flaws of our production and what could have used more editing improvements[skills].for example, or editing effects could be have been used to sophisticate the films presentation.

  1. Clear on the aims of the brief, but you are rather vague about strengths and weaknesses. You don't discuss editing or audience feedback. V
